The book was lost in transit and the seller provided a refund as they did not have a replacement copy. Would not have bothered to feedback in the circumstances, but eBay is chasing so would just say that the other books received from them were fine and were well packaged and sent promptly, and they instantly refunded when I contacted them to say it had not been received after a couple of weeks.
