If by mistake we have under-priced an item we shall not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item. Notification of goods short delivered or damaged in transit must be received by us in writing / email, preferably with photographs if possible, within 3 days of delivery. Failure to comply with these instructions may invalidate subsequent claims.
We endeavour to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt, however items despatched via Royal Mail during busy periods of the year, can take up to 10 working days to be delivered.
