Returns
 
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described; they are also entitled to a refund and/or compensation where the seller had no legal right to sell the goods.
There are a few exceptions to this rule, including goods sold by mail order or over the internet (distance selling) and some goods sold to a consumer during a visit to their home etc.
 
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 30 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.
 
General return requirements
 
Same or unaltered condition:
• unused, unaltered, with no damage or signs of use outside of the listed item condition or how it was received
• all parts must be intact
• should be returned with original product packaging: boxes, UPCs, bags or any items used to wrap and protect the item
• must include all items that were included in the original package, including free gifts or bonus item(s)
• items must have original tags, labels, and/or any accompanying materials that were originally included
• any food items must not be consumed - ‘change of mind’ or ‘did not like it’ reason will not be accepted (excluding defective items), and such return request will not be processed
 
False claim returns:
• each buyer’s return request will be assessed individually upon their claim, any information provided such as pictures and statements will be verified for correctness
• if a buyer happens to misuse a return policy to either benefit from that or cause a damage to our seller’s account, this matter will be reported, and a buyer’s account may be blocked from future purchases
• each buyer is required to familiarize themselves with an item condition and description in full; once an order has been placed it is understood that both have been accepted – any claims for not being aware of that information will be rejected, and standard return policy will apply
• unless we have clearly agreed to pay return costs, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay return postage - if a buyer decides to misuse a return policy to avoid postage costs, by making a false claim, a fixed fee (£4) will be deducted to recover our return costs
• any false claim may be considered a fraud as per demand for money or property that is based on a materially false statement and acted upon as such

All items are fully checked at time of packaging and sent various couriers.
In the unfortunate event that your item is not delivered on time please contact us and we will launch an investigation. Please note that investigation may take up to 14 days.
