If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charges) MOC, MISB, (Sealed) items must not be opened, as these are sold as collectables and is your responsibility once opened.
 
Goods can be returned to us, in saleable condition, for a refund within 30 days of receipt, for the following reasons:
 
•If product is faulty.
•If the wrong item has been dispatched.
•If you have ordered the wrong item. Postage will not be refunded and any additional carrier costs to The Toy Scavenger will be deducted from the refund value.
•If you do not like the product that you ordered. Postage will not be refunded and any additional carrier costs to The Toy Scavenger will be deducted from the refund value. Remember not to open the item as this will effect the value and may effect your refund.
 
Payment Policy
We only accept payment through PayPal, all payments are to be made within 7 days of the auction ending, if you have made a mistake or are unable to pay please contact us and we can help out, Please do not just ignore emails or messages as this is just wasting ours and your time. an unpaid item case will open after this time has elapsed.
 
Postage Policy
If the item has free postage then great! you will not need to pay a penny for the first delivery. If the item has a small postage cost then the price is for shipping and handling the product. We do post internationally and we do also combined shipping to help you save.
Any International customs or duties are the responsibility of the buyer and not us. With any failed or uncollected delivery the postal cost is to be paid by the buyer.
We usually get the item out as soon as we can and always get proof of posting just incase anything happens to the items in transit. Once the item has left us the items are out of our hands but every effect is used to protect the item while posting. Please double check your postal address before completing payment as a wrong address may result in an item not getting to you or being cancelled.

All MOC, MIB, MISB Etc items are sent out in Boxes, never in Jiffy bags that is how items get damaged which is not what anybody wants. We take great pride in our reliability to deliver a great service, check our feedback.
