All the brand new watches sold on ebay comes with 2 years movement warranty (Does not include smart watches or automatic watches) You get 2 years movement warranty, if there is a mechanical fault with the watch movement we will repair or replace the watch. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, strap, loss of stones or the plating/colour. If you need to make a warranty claim please get in touch with us and we will assist you, warranty repair will take 5-28 days. Customer is responsible for postage cost to send the watch to us, we will cover the postage to return watch back to yourself. Again please note our smart watches or automatic watches are sold with no warranty.
 
USED, NEW WITH DEFECT WATCH WARRANTY INFORMATION
We do not give warranty on our used, new with defect, we rarely sell a used watch and if the listing says the watch is used, new with defect no warranty will be included. We can repair the used, new with defect watch but you will have to pay for any repair.
