The Marx Brothers: A Night at the Opera DVD, Excellent Condition ✨
23 déc. 2016
One of Their Best Films!
"A Night At The Opera" is regarded by many as one the Marx Brothers' best, if not the best, films of all time, which is easily understandable if you have viewed it before. I actually just watched it again last night for the, well, I've lost track of the number of times I've seen it! I recently lost my copy in a move and this is a MUST HAVE for any Marx Brothers fan. I'm only in my 30's and I laugh out loud from beginning to end when watching this one. While the entire movie is hilarious, the last 20 minutes will have you in tears when the Marx Brothers get even with the NY Met Opera on their opening night! Do yourself a favor and let smart-alecks Groucho, Chico, and Harpo make you laugh while they do things the rest of us dream of at work all day! 4 Stars all the way...

Finally, Something New & Refreshing!
Excellent album all around. It's very refreshing to hear something by a young musician that doesn't involve synthesizers! This mix of unique country/blues is sure to please any fan of acoustic and resonator music along with some other interesting "instruments." Lincoln Durham is a very refreshing new artist.
Lego INDIANA JONES 7682 Shanghai Chase SHANGHAI GANGSTER Minifigure
24 mars 2017
Indy, Legos, and Classic Cars? Heck Yeah!
Indiana Jones' movies are notorious for their amazing beginnings, and "Temple of Doom" is a personal favorite of mine. This is one of my favorite Lego sets, period. As a classic car buff (and Indiana Jones fan) this is an amazing set. The one-of-a-kind Auburn-Cord-Duesenberg Boattail Speedster used in the movie was made made during a period of time when cars were works of art. Even Lao Che's big, black car is an elegant reminder of days gone by when people cared about the appearance of automobiles. The set itself is nice and a good deal if you can snag one up. There are some neat features like a rag-top with 3 sides of a square cut out to replicate Indy and Willies fall through the roof of the car. Personally, I could do without the cut square, but it's a neat tribute to the movie. The mini-figures that come with this set are excellent and some of the most sought-after in the Indiana Jones' Lego series. You have 2, sharply-dressed Shanghai Gangsters with Tommy Guns, Short-Round, the Auburn's underage driver, Willie Scott with her famous red "Dress from Paris" she drags around throughout the movie, complete with red tiara if you're lucky enough to score one, and the highly sought after white Tuxedo Indy, which fetches a small fortune these days. This set is fun for kids and collectors alike. It's hard not to smile when you see these characters and vehicles in Lego form. I think it's one of the better Indiana Jones sets for collectors as it appeals to movie lovers and car buffs alike. It also doesn't take up too much room for display purposes. I highly recommend getting your hands on this set, or even part of the set if you can. It's really a shame they don't re-release the Indiana Jones series, or pick up where they left off. Lao-Che's plane would be a great one, and who doesn't want the Mark IV tank from "The Last Crusade?!" Anyhow, pick one up and enjoy building it, and playing with it or simply looking at it. That's my two cents anyhow.
