  No issues at all with item or buying process, As described nice appearance and looks good quality. Issue with delivery, Suggest seller looks into who is delivering. This package was not delivered to my address but delivered to 3 doors away Actually not delivered just left / dumped in the rear garden after being thrown or droped over their 6ft fence. This £32 item was Addressed correctly & All properties have numbers on, Neighbour just found at 8pm tonight Unaware how long it had beem there for

  Shipping box was strong and sturdy. NEW Jigsaw arrived with NO issues. British seller is a GREAT communicator. Puzzle had to CLEAR customs and that held up arrival a bit. I FORGOT about Customs. As she is a professional international shipper, she clearly knows her business. Thank you.

  Amazing customer service. I did not select the stake with the pole by error. Once contacted a stake was sent out that unfortunately the courier then lost but when told they posted out another one on a 24 hour post with no extra charge at all. Definitely above and beyond the normal service received these days. Thanks again and will definitely be using this seller again

  Excellent, ive just received my package and found the products to be of superior quality, postage and delivery was fast and on time and The staff were very helpful who helped me out with technical questions I had on this product, i would recommend this company to anyone.

  Excellent eBay seller; demonstrating great communication, service and customer care selling good value pr0ducts. The original flagpole arrived damage due to the lack of care shown by the delivery company, which, despite the evidence of their own delivery photograph, showed total disinterest when I reported it. By contrast the seller responded immediately and replaced the original flagpole within a few days. A great example of what should be expected when buying through eBay.

  The parcel arrived well packed and undamaged. The puzzles were in excellent condition as stated and expected as new ones. The delivery was quicker than expected. Would recommend this seller. Thank you. I've enjoyed ma,ing this one up.
