  I ordered this item on May 2 a label was created to ship on May 7, but it was not shipped until May 19. I had to contact the seller and her excuse was printer problems. She did not reach out to me to tell me that there would be a delay. I did not receive this item until 22 May. The lack of communication was very disappointing.
