  Good service and product. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ EBay Shame about the delivery worker who decided to deliver outside my block of flats when I live on the 3rd floor, and did not even press the intercom to let me know that my package had arrived. package was marked as delivered directly to me. Thank goodness for lovely neighbours for taking my package inside. I dread to think what would have happened. I would have reported this incident however there is no where to report this on their tracking website.

  Unfortunately the discs never arrived, not the sellers fault, the delivery service was at fault by saying they had delivered the items when the never did, great communication from this seller and a refund was processed amicably many thanks.

  I was not entirely happy with the item as it was not quite what I expected. Seller responded quickly and instructed me to return in original packing. The returns process was very easy and straightforward. The refund was processed quickly after the item was inspected. Thank you for a pleasant eBay experience.
