  Paid for item, two days later it was out of stock, received refund but unfortunately this complicated the project since another similar item had to replace it adding more time and cost.

  Fast delivery, used condition and appearance as advertised, the part fit my vehicle although it was a difficult process to determine the correct part. Initial purchase did not fit, this one did only because I found the correct part number from a Toyota dealer and searched on ebay. Without the dealer information the right part was hard to find just on ebay.

  Shipping was fast, packaging was good but a part of it was damaged, the part was as described and in really good condition, value was good, I sent the seller a message and told them what happened when the part came in and they were extremely nice and was not an automated message. They gave me a refund for it and reassured them that we still will be shipping from them as we have a 3rd gen 4Runner. But there customer service it top notch. Luckily it was just a boot that broke and a dust shield.
