  Unfortunately the delivery arrived with one of the five broken. Contacted seller the same day they arrived with pictures of the box and the damaged contents. Not only did I recieved an apology but a replacement was immediately sent out next day delivery. It's not the problem that we remember it's how the problem was resolved and this was first class customer service. A service that some may like to follow. Highly recommended seller. Pity there aren't more stars I could give. Thank you.

  Great seller. Items were well packaged but there was some damage. The seller responded to my messages very quickly and replacements sent out immediately. Great seller.

  Very speedy delivery via Royal Mail. Excellently packaged so no fears of breakages. Very pleased with them as they are better than what I expected, great price, and I like that they are a bit thinner than ones I bought years ago so lighter to hang up. I can highly recommend this seller. Once I sort my photos, will probably order more. Many thanks.

  Seller sent wrong items. I ordered cloakroom tickets but they sent bingo books. I packaged and sent back exactly as they said and all items were totally unused and sent back in original condition. Seller had the cheek to only give me a 50% refund saying they weren’t in original condition. Well, I had to open the box to check the contents but it was resealed perfectly. Be very aware of this seller, I had to report to EBay who sorted it. I would never use them again for sure. Abysmal service!!!

  The chalk is good solid chalk. Delivery was as quoted. Packaging left a lot to be desired, one box arrived semi intact but the other box was totally undone, chalk in smaller pieces and a lot of dust. Perhaps it had been rough treated via the mail system.
