When I emailed them with pictures they responded pretty quick and sent out a replacement part and was able to get my laser up and running. Although I'm not certain this is the real xtool company, they were very professional and resolved an issue without question so I'd buy from them again 10/10 happy with my experience.

Without the cost. It was packaged perfectly. The set up was amazing. The X tool design space was easy to learn and very convenient. Even though the shipping took a little longer then expected, it was an excellent tool. I contacted customer service questions about shipping they we're very prompt. I couldn't ask for anything better I am so excited to start doing all of my projects with this.
