  Amazing product, and really good communication throughout. I missed the Royal Mail delivery and they actually messed up the follow up instructions but the seller contacted me to let me know my parcel was awaiting collection at the post office along with the tracking number. The product itself is fantastic!! No instructions for assembly but it was pretty self explanatory. So happy I got this seat and my dog absolutely loves it too! Would recommend and would buy again for sure

  Product as Listed - EVRi marked this item as Delivered 3 Days before they actually Delivered it !!, I hope the Seller can claim compensation from EVRi if this has resulted in them sending a replacement item, thinking that the original one sent had been Delivered to the wrong address or lost, etc....

  Item was as described and it arrived in a reasonable time frame. Tracking number provided but only linked to China Post and since I can't read Chinese, wasn't much help.
