  Ordered a Banks air intake kit that was supposed to come with an oiled filter. I contacted the seller right after ordering to confirm, but they still sent the dry version. Reached out again after receiving it, but they didn’t offer a replacement, a discount, or any solution. I was even willing to pay for the correct filter. Poor customer service—be careful if you need something specific.

  Buyer has 30 days to return the item. We have sent them a prepaid return label and they can still send it back for replacement or exchange. We have provided them with a solution and we are waiting for the item to be returned

  Didn't send my the right ones I bought super sports springs they sent me sport springs tired to Work with them but ignored me and said they sent the super sports but they in fact did not Oh well. That's what happens when you don't buy from The manufacturer

  We approved a return for you an sent you a prepaid return label to send the kit back for a full refund. The springs were never returned.
