    This is the 3rd negative feedback from this buyer, who has been trying so hard through three retaliatory reviews just to obtain unwarranted concessions, seemingly for reasons beyond the transaction itself. Such retaliatory behaviour does not reflect our business. Our focus remains on delivering quality watch movements and trustworthy service to genuine customers.

    This is the 2nd retaliatory negative feedback from a buyer who tried to pressure us into providing free items & benefits. Months prior to his 2nd order, he received a TH20, worth considerably more than the comparable H02. He expressed satisfaction & interest in longterm business. Yet he kept the bargain and later used negative fb to force further concessions. We have proof of abusive, extortionate behavior. We remain dedicated to serving genuine customers who value integrity in every transaction
