  I received the laptop in good working condition. It was very well packaged, box was wet from sprinkler when a got home, not a drop of water got on the laptop or charger. I definitely appreciated the extra effort put into the packaging.

  Purchased a laptop keyboard from the seller that was supposed to be in excellent condition. The pictures on the auction show clearly that the keyboard had letters on it. The item I received was missing quite a few letters which had been rubbed off. I tried to work it out with the seller for a partial refund, but they refused a reasonable refund. This is really sad considering they're the ones that sent an item that did not match the description. I would definitely beware of the seller.
