  Rec’d my ceramic dish from the seller “Up The Attic Staircase”. The package arrived but the contents were smashed. Who uses thin paper and the tiniest amount of bubble wrap to protect a delicate ceramic for international shipping??? A seller that doesn’t care! I reached out to the seller “Up The Attic Staircase” right away and this was the response: This item went through the international distribution center. Once it arrives there it is no longer our responsibility… contact eBay. Never Again!

  When quoting someone you are supposed to quote it ALL! Here is our REAL REPLY "I'm so sorry it arrived broken 😞This item went through the international distribution center. Once it arrives there it is no longer our responsibility. If you file a return with the reason it arrived damage Ebay will send you a full refund" I hope this helps.
