    I had an issue with the wrong item being sent, but Unix Surplus was very helpful when I contacted them and resolved the issue quickly. They even checked back in to make sure I was satisfied.     I reached out to the seller to customize the server and they were very responsive and helped me get exactly what I needed. Shipping was fast, the server was packaged well, and everything was as specified in the listing. Other than a few scratches to indicate it had been in a server rack somewhere, the server was very clean and the internals looked brand new. After verifying nothing came loose during shipment, I installed the server in my rack and it has been running perfectly
