  I paid for a coin as usual. A week later I sent a message to this seller asking about a timeline on the coin shipping. The seller did not respond. I asked to cancel the purchase. The seller refused. Fifteen days later I asked eBay to intervene. The seller was supposed to respond within three business days. The response was not provided.
