  Seller was very responsive and reasonable. I bought this hard drive before doing research, and remembered last minute to do so. I found that this particular drive has an 80% failure rate within 2 years. I notified the seller of this and requested to cancel the order, to which they graciously complied. Since the seller didn't have anything else in stock that I was looking for, I bookmarked their store and bought what I needed from elsewhere. This seller is extremely trustworthy and honest.
