    This seller misrepresented size-10 shoes as size-11 and would not provide a full refund. While external paper tag attached to shoes showed size-11, the actual shoe size and label on box said size-10. The seller insisted that they sent correct size shoe in a wrong box. However, when it arrived and i tried them on, it was not just a tight fit, the shoes were a full size smaller. When I requested a full refund, the seller offered to send size 12 or 13 and only sent a partial refund. Beware...
