Due to some unforeseen event, the seller didn’t have the exact item I purchased, but they communicated promptly with me to see if I would like it to be replaced with a similar looking item with higher value.     Shipping was fast , I ordered Sunday and it was delivered Friday. The bag is in near perfect condition after cleaning minus it having a replacement crossbody strap. I am more than happy with this purchase. This was my first bag purchase and it exceeded my expectations. Pictures below show before and after a quick clean.
