    Thank you for leaving us positive feedback even after our shipping departmment pulled the 2 oz bottle off the shelf instead of the 8 oz bottle which also had sold and mixed the shipping tags up. Like I told you we never heard from the person that received the 8 oz bottle that was suppose to get the 2 oz bottle, but I'm glad refunding you in full and letting you keep the 2 oz bottle made you happy. Thanks again for notifying us of the problem and allowing us to make things right..

    The customer never opened the box before leaving feedback. Once we emailed him to open the box, this is the email he sent us. "I did open the box and found the tea kettle inside. holy cow, talk about repurposing. How do I change my review to five stars for you? I'm a dinosaur and don't know how to do it."
