The letters were crooked, uneven, and honestly awful. They said it was an "art piece" and one of a kind, that may be, but it was abstract art. I normally leave short feedback, but this one needs to explain that you will NOT get what you see. They recreated a pattern from a picture of our old rug and the color match was unbelievable. We are happy beyond words. We negotiated the colors for a few iterations and we're glad we took the time to do so. They were extremely responsive and the results were superior to the quality of the original rug.
