  Seller marked item shipped without tracking. Asked 3 weeks for tracking but was given excuses all 3 times asked. I don't believe he shipped this and actively knew he didnt ship it. Instead of just refunding the item I believe he hoped EBAY would not refund or that I take the time to file a claim. No one ships something of this value "untracked" unless for shady reasons because anyone could claim they did recieve without one. If for some reason it just took over 4 weeks I will come back to remove

  you saying i would loved to haved assumed you wouldnt get a refund ? thats a big assumtion there i never once mentioned you would not have your refund , ebay always protects the buyer , and i have no interest in scaming people , as you see we have a long history of good feedback , im sorry the package got lost we cant find the receipt to give you the right expectation of arrival
