  This item with sold with another as a deal price. tracking from royal mail for this item 5 days after scheduled. The other item did not arrive. Said they sent it, would make it up to me. 2 days later says they have sent the other items m, no tracking. No communication then accepts my refund request. Problematic seller. Time waster.

  I really can't be bothered to explain it all. Just really poor. 2 separate items as a package deal. Delayed 5+ days only 1 item was sent. They said they sent both but no royal mail tracking at all. Said he would make it up and post another 2 item in 2 days to make it up. Got a message saying he was off to Tom Jones wil send the next day. Another day goes past they said they posted it. No tracking or anything then goes quiet. And now accepts my refunded request. Just a complete mess
