  the item was described as brand new but it was obvioulsy opened. the box was unsealed. i found tape only on the two red hands inside and all the blast effects had no tape. normally repulsor rays and etc also have tape. the item wasnt beaten up so I still accpeted it but once a package is opened...its NOT new. i wish ebay sellers stopped putting down new when its been opened. i could have put down negative but chose to use nuetral
