It's static, but pleasant to look at and touch. There some paint imperfections (bubbling, blistering), which is hard to believe given the MSRP of the statute. Note, the box may have been damaged in shipping. I didn't mind, because it's nothing special. But if you care, you may want to write the seller. Overall, I'm satisfied. (FYI Boa Hancock wears white cotton.)
