  I purchased a new Motorola Edge from the seller and paid more for the "NEW" description. I received a used good condition open box Motorola Edge. The sealed tape on the box was broken and there was no protective film on the phone. Also there was a check mark sticker over the barcode as if to remind the seller that this was a used phone. I ended up over paying by $40-$50 compared to other sellers with HONEST open box descriptions. Phone works fine but seller lied about NEW description.
