    Hi these Iturri boots are not 100% waterproof and are advertised correctly as water resistant.. Most modern boots use leather which is water resistant but even adding dubbin and sprays will never make them fully waterproof. To make boots waterproof manufacturers add a gore-tex lining which makes their boots 100% waterproof. If you would like to swap these boots for a different make with a waterproof gore-tex lining I am more than happy to exchange them at no extra cost to you The Bootking
