    Not what I expected, claims to be new. Appearance looks used. I would have been ok with it if it was made out of plastic. Received it in a plastic bag not in box. Not packaged well. Though it did come in time. Not expecting cardboard hat. Material was unclear in description. Quality is poor. Not worth the asking price ($35). Very upsetting as this was supposed to be a gift. Very unsatisfied with the appearance.
