  I have contacted seller multiple times. They said they would contact the shipping agency and I have not heard back since then. I've been waiting for over two months at this point. I try not to leave negative feedback unless it's warranted. But in this case, the communication has been very minimal and I'm still without the item or a refund. No reassurance whatsoever. We wanted this for our patio this summer and are still without it.
