    It is made of very stiff material, it is not comfortable to wear, the bottom was torn (I repaired it). If the stitching is not perfect or has other defects, it should be sold cheaper and the defects should be listed in the description. But I have also received beautiful and perfectly sewn skirts from here. Packaging and shipping were fine here.
