  Item arrived quickly and in a relatively good shape. Despite the good packaging, there were minor damages, probably during transit. Contacted the seller and they offered to send a replacement, but I declined as the item is still usable. Very friendly seller. Great communication. A+

  I would recommend this seller. I had a small issue related to the transaction... I would categorize it as an unintentional error related to the quantity shipped... the seller's customer service remedied the issue very quickly. The seller communicated with me and listened to me... they solved the problem. In fact, I would be happy to do business with them again.

  Seller was great answering questions before I purchased and providing a cable. the projector is in great shape and works well! It arrived quickly , well packaged. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong projector for the project I needed it for so I may have to return, but only because I got my models confused , nothing to do with the quality or the seller. I’m hoping to buy from them again !
