  Extremely unpleasant experience. I reached out about an accidental purchase and was met with condescending, hostile messages. Instead of working toward a resolution, the seller repeatedly escalated the situation. Based on their previous feedback responses, they may try to discredit this review—please read between the lines. Communication matters, and this seller was unprofessional throughout. Buyer beware.

  This customer reached out 2 days after their "accidental" order on an item that has no returns. The item was shipped and 1 day from being delivered to customer before reaching out. I offered to do the refund on a no refund item as long as they paid the return shipping. That was not good enough, customer wanted me to pay for return shipping.. I went above and beyond to make things right. If it was truly an accidental order why did customer wait until shipping was paid and item was in route
