  Item arrived in perfect condition. Good value for money. It looked as it did in the photo. I decided to return the item because the power supply wasn't compatible with Australia. As promised they paid for return shipping and refunded the item. Very efficient and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to buy their products.
