The skis arrived and upon examination I found subsurface cracks on one of the ski tips....NOT damaged due to shipping. I contacted the seller and we agreed that I would keep the ski and he would gladly give me a $200.. refund...weeks went by and nothing. Sent several more messages and nothing. Finally last month he answered he had been in hospital for a week and was very sorry and would get the refund out soon...that was last month. I paid a premium for new 7 year old skis . Very disappointed
