  I made the purchase thinking it was a new product, but it wasn't. It was used and the inside of the box was damaged. I let the seller know and he told me I could start a return. Since I live far from the post office, I preferred to leave it. I cleaned it very well and it worked well. I wouldn't buy it again, since I was expecting a new product, but it still arrived used but in good condition.
