  The bars are well made with nice welds but they forgot the rubber grommets .They asked me to take pictures before they'll do anything am I suppose to send them a picture of a empty bag with no rubber grommets😆send me my hardware🙏

  assembled this and installed on my 2012 cross country tour. lines right up and latches in. the backrest is nice and wide with back support contour. don't hesitate to buy - zero disappointment
