  Two off 5.25 DVD RWs Promptly delivered, very well packed, and in excellent cosmetic condition. One worked perfectly, but the other had read/write issues. Seller contacted, who promptly offered, without question, to send a replacement unit free of charge. Received in a few days, and works perfectly.   Received the computer in excellent packaging. The Quality Condition and Appearance is first class. The computer is as described and excellent value. The Postage was very fast with excellent communication right up to delivery. Second item I purchased from this seller and once again I have not been disappointed.

  Positively excellent!!! I'm super happy with the screens, they look and work great. Unfortunately one of my screens was damaged in shipping, which is impressive because the packaging was immense, but that's on the curryer. I contacted them and that day they were able to send a replacement which arrived the same week. Would highly recommend their product and services to anyone looking for a more affordable quality option!

  I messaged the seller prior to buying just to make sure it was windows 11 and would support future updates - it is and it does. Arrived on time, well packaged. Exactly as described. All components in tip top condition and of good quality brands. Just plug everything in as directed and away you go. I must just mention the communication which was excellent from start to finish. Extremely good value for money and I would definitely buy from this seller again.

  Initially had an issue with getting the processor to POST, swapping to an older bios version fixed that (H81 chipset) but the open and helpful communication from Specola was a great reassurance. Processor came well packaged in a shielded bag arriving quickly, in pristine condition just as listed, and the use of a voucher and my balance made this a really pocket friendly purchase! Top seller, great service and would absolutely use again.
