    I was so excited to get this item but when it arrived it had a bend in it. I sent a photo but they still did not resolve it. They wanted to see the packaging which I had already thrown out. A picture of the necklace should have been enough.

    We tried to help you, but you never followed up. You sent us 1 photo of a partial view of the necklace, blurry, in your car with a bunch of other items behind it. We asked you for a clear view of the entire necklace, as well as as the packaging, so we could open a claim if it was damaged in transit. You never followed up with any further photos. We do not send refunds without proper proof
