Buyer is unfairly angry because the gold price went up and was hoping to make a profit on the gold value of the item. if the item was still available we would have not cancel the transaction and issue full refund like we did. It's really a shame that a fellow eBay seller (the buyer in this case) would stoop down to these tactics and leave a negative feed back when he was issued full refund.
