  Smart squirrel is an excellent seller. I highly recommend. She was negotiable and fair in this transaction. She resolved a misunderstanding in an amicable and fair way. The headlight was in better condition than described and we negotiated a price that was fair to both of us. The shipping was quick and carefully packaged.   The mirror arrived with the mirror edge chipped. The seller was extremely responsive in helping me with a refund that will cover the cost of replacement. I would definitely purchase from this seller again!

  Wow!This is one of the top reasonable and professional ebay sellers I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing from . Arranged shipping that got from Pittsburgh to NY in two days. Well described with a few worts honestly included. Beautiful chair and great communication by text the whole way. It doesnt get better .So grateful.

  Exactly as described, shipped super fast. The packaging could have been better - the shoes were loose in the box - though not the end of the world. Would buy from this seller again.

  Seller listed a chandelier for sale but did not actually have all of the pieces in their possession to sell. The missing pieces were not disclosed at time of sale. Seller then shipped only part of the chandelier. Seller attempted to order the missing piece from a vendor to send to us. Over a month after our purchase, we received the missing piece from seller, but it was the wrong size and did not match the chandelier. A legitimate seller would not list products they don't have to sell.

  The buyer was given an option to receive non-original replacement shades but choose to wait for the original shade to be shipped from Framburg Lighting.
