  packing was very risky and fragile (not as I asked for - as it was not easy to pack !!) NO protection at all on the bottom of the shipping carton (the item stands DIRECT on the bottom of the shipping carton and this was opened already at the bottomtape !! Shipping carton was MUCH to weak ;(( NEVERTHELESS with MUCH luck FOR US BOTH - this expensive item made the way 1A over the big pot ;))) veryNice communication, fast shipped, packing has to be improved next time ;)) STILL Positive - 99% ;)))

  Packaged well, as described. Seller was easy to work with when post office failed to do their part of the process resulting in a 3 weeks delay in delivery. Needed some info to help try and locate missing shipment and got all the info I needed to file a claim quickly. Shipping was very reasonable when so many others inflate. Would do business again with seller.
