    I just received the Auqua Joe Pest Deterrent Sprinkler, the box is beat up, when I opened it the stand used and full of dirt, the sprinkler itself looks old and has water spots all over it. The solar panel looks sun beaten and very used. The description says restored but nothing about being used and dirty full of dirt. If something is restored it should be cleaned and look decent not like they pulled it out of the yard and boxed up and shipped. I am extremely disappointed I spent money on this.
