  I received my phone and have to say I am disappointed. I paid extra for “open box” condition and that’s not what I received. Per guidelines there should be no wear. The phone I received had multiple scratches on the screen. I was also supposed to receive “original” accessories. I received second hand cheap charging cord and block. I wouldn’t have paid more for “open box” condition as this one was probably 2 grades below. Reached out to the seller who offered a refund but that’s more of headache

  Quality: payment, shipping, and seller interaction was easy. The product was as described. Condition: Having bought a refurbished product, I believe that it more than met the expectations I had. I believe the condition was better than described, which was great to see. Value: At 195 the product was pretty good value considering others were selling for 200 to 250. Appearance: The appearance and packaging was as expected for an eBay purchase. Packaging was adequate for the product.
