  I tried to contact seller twice! I have been very patient but have not received any response at all!   The seller advertised this as 10k gold, tested. This is not true! I tested it myself after wearing it and getting a reaction. I don’t get reactions with 10k gold. EBay stepped in and refunded me for this. The seller wanted me to ship it back but I spent more on having it shipped to me than the item cost. Would not recommend this seller. Untruthful

  Bought item 5-22-25, tracking created same day, but not shipped until 6-3-25. I had sent messages to seller and received no response. I only knew it finally shipped as I was going to request a refund 6-4-25! Item was listed as in CA, shipped from Tx. Received item 6-9-25.

  Very disappointed in shipping time and communication. I paid for this on the May 24th, with a tracking number being created that same day, and A shipping label being created the next day. I messaged the seller a week later to inquire about the status of my order, only to be ignored, but then shipping my item the next day. No apologies, nothing. As of today, it’s showing the last scan still being in Texas. Someone dropped the ball.
