  Made a mistake in ordering and originally had it sent to the wrong address. I alerted the seller to my error and the initial order was cancelled but not with a plan or communication. Not a “oh hey, we cant change the address. I’ll go ahead and cancel and you can reorder again”. To be honest, I feel that is nitpicky. I got my item faster than expected and in great shape, so it was a positive experience

  The seller's description of the Switch Lite right on point. The Lite came brand new, the box is in mint condition, and overall it was well priced. I recieved my item very quickly too. As a collector I greatly appreciate that I received a quality item that was not damaged.

  Order arrived well packed and in perfect condition, exactly as described. Package unfortunately got stuck in transit, but the seller was highly responsive and helped me open a case with USPS to force it along. Genuinely great customer care. Highly recommend this seller!
