Bicycle Heaven was started and branded in 1996 at Bellevue, Pittsburgh PA. Starting with one discarded bike that Craig found in the junk. Doing repairs and selling used bikes and collecting vintage Antique and collectible bikes with over 3000 bikes scattered in garages through out the Bellevue area. Bicycle Heaven Museum was established in 2011 by Craig & Mindy Morrow. It is the world's largest bicycle museum & shop, as seen in the New York Times and Associated Press. I paid for the return shipping and tracked the package. Seller did not refund me even after contacting them to please advice. He paid for USPS Ground Advantage service and sometime it might took a bit longer. I can't control of how fast Post Office delivery the item. According to my tracking it took 7 days from purchase to items got delivered. You can't wait for 7 days? Also, He is lied about asking eBay to step in, eBay allow me to refund him until the 20th of August which I refunded him on the 19th. He is just an impatient person. BLOCKED.
