  Contacted seller within regards to an update on my package and tracking number and I'm being ignored. Product was purchased on 9/23 and latest delivery date was scheduled for Oct 6th still haven't received my package nor an update to where it's at. Seller canceled my refund and gives no update regarding why. The amount of unprofessionalism astounds me because of all the positives reviews but anything can be faked. Be cautious with this seller and make sure to use PayPal.

  Purchased a TV described and listed as brand new. Actually received a poorly packaged, used TV. Opened a Return Case and immediately received a full refund from eBay and the case was closed before I received a return label to ship the TV back to seller. I was told by eBay I didn’t need to return the TV anymore at that point. After much communication with seller, I received a pre-paid shipping label a couple weeks later and did return the TV. Frequent but non-productive communication with seller.

  The worst seller I've bought from on the platform in the 13 years I've used it. Shipped wrong item, half the value of the one that was bought. Didnt apologize, instead offered me a couple of bucks to keep it. I believe they never had the item they sold, since they couldnt ship the right item even if i returned the wrong one and this has happened to other users with them Eventually got a refund and never received even an apology for the time and money wasted. Dont waste your time or your money.

  YOU WERE SEND WRONG ITEM BUT WE ASK YOU TO RETURN THE ITEM FOR REFUND, THE ITEM WAS SHIP TO LOCATION IN THE UNITED STATE, AND NOW YOU LEFT THE COUNTRY AND YOU WANT US TO PAY FOR YOUR RETURN FROM DIFFRENT COUNTRY WHICH NOBODY DOES THAT . WE DONT PAY A RETURN MORE THAN THE SHIPPING OR EVEN THE RETURN FEE MORE THAN THE ITEM YOU BOUGHT. SORRY YOU GOT WRONG ITEM BUT WE SOLVE AND GAVE YOUR MONEY BACK
